Today is Weigh In Wednesday…on a Thursday! On Tuesday night, I stayed up until like 1AM watching The Switch, which is a really good movie by the way, so we just could not get our act together to weigh in yesterday. I will be posting every week so we can track our progress.
I am new to tracking our progress on the Beachbody website. I uploaded our starting measurements today, a few random weeks, and then today’s measurements. I will be uploading our measurements every week going forward. We are just 2 months into our journey, so I don’t really want to upload all 8 week’s progress to be honest. The only measurement that is not on this tracker is our stomach. We track the measurement around our belly buttons. And that is the most change! Josh has lost 10.5 inches there alone!!!
This week, we did not focus on our eating. We worked out everyday, but we didn’t even track our eating. We went out for supper a few times with my sister and her family, had cereal for dinner one night, frozen pizzas twice. It was a crummy week food wise, and you can see it in our results. I never believed that eating had such an impact on your weight-loss, but it is true. Abs are made in the kitchen, ya’ll! We went to the grocery store and will do some meal prep today so we can get back on track this week!
First up is Josh’s progress. Since starting our fitness journey, he is down 14.6 pounds and 22 inches.
Here is my progress. Since starting, I am down 11.4 pounds and 10 inches.
We have gained back a little bit of the weight in the times of not working out as much, like the week before last. I know that we are on a good track now and will push ourselves more and more.
